Faustino Mederi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Garaona having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Nicolas Koldobika managed to get in a good position for a shot. SAN LORENZO's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Koldobika was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Bertin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedernal's Cesar Bertin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Pedernal from getting a goal against them. Nicolas Koldobika hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Chorche came free, but Marco Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Pedernal's protests and gave Gualterio Kiliz a yellow card for diving instead. SAN LORENZO made a substitution. Haroldo Quintin replaced Danilo Fraco. Gualterio Kiliz hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pedernal's zone, Adan Dolcet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Bertin came out of the goal and Adan Dolcet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Adan Dolcet made a precise shot to the right of Cesar Bertin. Pedernal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 72nd match minute, Pedernal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mariano Farias to maneuver through the defense. In the 75thth minute of the game Nicolas Koldobika who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedernal's Cesar Bertin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Nicolas Koldobika put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cesar Bertin. 78 minutes into the match, SAN LORENZO's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Mederi came free, but Marco Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasio Perez made a great header on Pedernal's corner, it was just that SAN LORENZO's Marco Garaona managed to reach the ball for a save. SAN LORENZO's Nicolas Koldobika got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Haroldo Quintin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cesar Bertin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolas Koldobika's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Cesar Bertin came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by SAN LORENZO's Adan Dolcet. But to his dismay, Adan Dolcet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicolas Koldobika in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Bertin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SAN LORENZO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
