Delmiro Macias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the game, Eustacio Urbes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tacoyoj's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PAPPOBLUES the free kick. Jacobo Remigio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rolando Fero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Hipolito Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Macias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rolando Fero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Remigio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leandro Cresitobalo having to interfere. Rolando Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hipolito Gipuzkoa scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Delmiro Macias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Rolando Fero managed to get in a good position for a shot. PAPPOBLUES's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Fero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Macias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delmiro Macias came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by PAPPOBLUES's Hipolito Gipuzkoa. But to his dismay, Hipolito Gipuzkoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Rolando Fero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Delmiro Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Eustacio Urbes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacobo Remigio to make the kick off. Fabricio Feliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Delmiro Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PAPPOBLUES's Rolando Fero came free and shot a quick shot against goal 58 minutes in the game, fortunately Delmiro Macias had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Tacoyoj's Delmiro Macias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Tacoyoj from getting a goal against them. Delmiro Macias made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Rolando Fero sent off a good shot on target. Elias Valerio's late challenge caught a PAPPOBLUES's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Valerio helped the player get up and apologised. Elias Valerio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Hipolito Gipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Macias having to interfere. Delmiro Macias was a little too slow when Hipolito Gipuzkoa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-4. Rolando Fero struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Delmiro Macias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PAPPOBLUES. Rolando Fero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Macias having to interfere. Romeo Gamus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leandro Cresitobalo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Delmiro Macias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Gipuzkoa in the 88th minute of the match. Hipolito Gipuzkoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Delmiro Macias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. PAPPOBLUES played a much better game than Tacoyoj and deserved their victory. The Tacoyoj players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
