With a left leg Nicasio Inge saved Deportivo Atómico from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, Deportivo Atómico's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Shantala came free, but Nicasio Inge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alejandro Piearres during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Pasteur FC booed when Deportivo Atómico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Romeo Dodorol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Romeo Dodorol struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Nicasio Inge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pasteur FC. Candido Baumer's late challenge caught a Pasteur FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Baumer helped the player get up and apologised. Romeo Dodorol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Inge having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Cleto Shantala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pasteur FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Shantala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicasio Inge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Mundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Piearres, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Ordono during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Pasteur FC's Cleto Shantala ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nicasio Inge. Nicasio Inge yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the match was over Pasteur FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Deportivo Atómico throughout the match.
