Rafael Videl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 21 minutes into the match, Corralense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Joanes came free, but Rafael Videl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomiro Marquez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rafael Videl made a huge save. Corralense FC's Rafael Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Hegoi in the 25th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Guido Florin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Videl was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Rafael Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Joanes in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Paulino Hegoi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rafael Videl was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomiro Marquez got free with Rafael Videl in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rafael Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Hegoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Angel Silbestre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rafael Videl. Angel Silbestre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. The audience was convinced that Baldomiro Marquez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Videl was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Paulino Hegoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rafael Videl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hilario Lekubegi to make the kick off. Paulino Hegoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Videl having to interfere. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by Jonas Costante with Hilario Lekubegi as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After having played for 58 minutes, Alejandro Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LAS ESTRELLAS DE BANFIELD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Joanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hilario Lekubegi during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Corralense FC's Hilario Lekubegi got a free kick in the 71st minute. The supporters of LAS ESTRELLAS DE BANFIELD booed when Corralense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Nardo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
