After a rather tough play, SAMU F.C.'s Julio Maidana got a free kick in the 17th minute. SAMU F.C.'s Aquiles Nuxila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Camerino in the 19th minute of play. If Hugo Abecia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Lop hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Aquiles Nuxila made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Hugo Abecia sent off a good shot on target. Aquiles Nuxila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Camerino in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Leonel Camerino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aquiles Nuxila. The goal made the score 2-0. With his leg Aquiles Nuxila managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Deportivo Lapala's Hugo Abecia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 43rd match minute, SAMU F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Lop to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Deportivo Lapala's Leonel Camerino fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonel Camerino was the one to do the kick off. Uriel Berdoi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gaspar Quinten. When Moises Guillem fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Lapala's protests and gave Moises Guillem a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th match minute, Deportivo Lapala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Guillem to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Abecia in the 91st minute of play forced SAMU F.C.'s goalkeeper Aquiles Nuxila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Deportivo Lapala were the better team. Deportivo Lapala's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
