The referee ignored Rahué's protests and gave Cesar Opilano a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32ndth minute of the game Eustacio Mouricio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Drysdale AFC's Isidro Regis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rahué's goalkeeper Victorino Beturian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Hodei in the 76th minute of play forced Rahué's goalkeeper Victorino Beturian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Drysdale AFC's Aureliano Hodei got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
