With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Amato in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Gutierrez saved 13 de enero from getting behind. The Real Style Team fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Real Style Team's Andres Amato looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Amato in the 21st minute of play forced 13 de enero's goalkeeper Benito Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of 13 de enero booed when Real Style Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Fonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo Luzaide charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carolo Luzaide the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andres Amato was the one to do the kick off. The referee ignored Real Style Team's protests and gave Bartolo Fonso a yellow card for diving instead.
