Hipolito Aragones didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Santi RW's Jorge Botello tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Melquiades Cheche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Victorino Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingos Dolfos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Eulalio Sagrario skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Florencio Veto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Beturian was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Eulalio Sagrario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingos Dolfos in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustacio Mouricio in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eulalio Sagrario saved Santi RW from getting behind. Eustacio Mouricio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eulalio Sagrario having to interfere. Eulalio Sagrario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Mouricio in the 21st minute of the match. Victorino Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Cheche in the 23rd minute of play. Rahué's Eustacio Mouricio suffered a concussion in the 31st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Santi RW:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rahué:s goal. Bernabe Quin shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The crowd rose to their feet as Domingos Dolfos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eulalio Sagrario. That made the score 2-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 43rd match minute, Santi RW was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Valentine to maneuver through the defense. Eulalio Sagrario was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bernabe Quin. After having played for 46 minutes, Domingos Dolfos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rahué's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Dolfos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingos Dolfos to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Dolfos in the 55th minute of play forced Santi RW's goalkeeper Eulalio Sagrario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Baldomiro Firmin fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santi RW's protests and gave Baldomiro Firmin a yellow card for diving instead. Baldomiro Firmin hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Florencio Veto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Victorino Beturian made a huge save. Victorino Beturian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melquiades Cheche's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Melquiades Cheche might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Beturian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melquiades Cheche ran back to his position shaking his head. Victorino Beturian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Cheche in the 71st minute of play. Melquiades Cheche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Victorino Beturian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 77 in the game by Florencio Veto from a close distance when the talented Victorino Beturian managed to make a qualified save. Rahué's players were relieved. In the 83rd minute, Rahué's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Florencio Veto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Florencio Veto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Beturian having to interfere. A collision led to Rahué getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Adolfo Argenis hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rahué were victorious despite being under pressure from Santi RW for much of the match.
