Todd FC's Maximino Txomin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Los Billys. Maximo Astigar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gerardo Gerazan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Los Billys fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Los Billys's Jacinto Eneas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 22 minutes, Romeo Florinio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Billys and the Todd FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Modesto Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Eneas in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Eneas in the 27th minute of play forced Todd FC's goalkeeper Modesto Firmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Billys's Gerardo Gerazan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Los Billys from getting a goal against them. Todd FC's Modesto Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Lucila in the 46th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacinto Eneas was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Todd FC's Modesto Firmin got control of the ball when Joel Lucila tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Los Billys fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Gerazan should have stopped the shot. Gerardo Gerazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Astigar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Eneas struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Modesto Firmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los Billys. Joel Lucila in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
