Hugo Fliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Gaitan having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, SALE!!!'s goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Firmin came free, but Esteve Gaitan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Gaitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Idacio in the 16th minute of the match. Nunez Lizbeth kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Lorenzo Senon might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Esteve Gaitan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Senon ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcelino Corderun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Serafino Erasto made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Senon in the 23rd minute of play forced SALE!!!'s goalkeeper Esteve Gaitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Freddy Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes of play, CebollitasFC's Hugo Fliz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Esteve Gaitan was left in no man's land by his defense there! SALE!!!'s Esteve Gaitan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Fliz in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Zacarias Firmin notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SALE!!!'s Esteve Gaitan. Esteve Gaitan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CebollitasFC's Lorenzo Senon got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44thth minute of the game Lorenzo Senon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SALE!!!'s Esteve Gaitan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esteve Gaitan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lorenzo Senon to strike the kick off in the second half. Everardo Beliran was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. 54 minutes into the game, one of CebollitasFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for SALE!!!. Tomas Domenec stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Serafino Erasto. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Senon in the 60th minute of play forced SALE!!!'s goalkeeper Esteve Gaitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Silvestre Orlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
