The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximo Valente got free with Eustaquio Loramendi in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ermegildo Fiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baldomero Hori went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Baldomero Hori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Rolando Benino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st match minute, Gavilán AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Marques to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Alfonso Joanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Gavilán AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Comba Fútbol Klub were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Benino was the one to do the kick off. When Rolando Benino fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gavilán AFC's protests and gave Rolando Benino a yellow card for diving instead. Rolando Benino kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Rolando Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Eustaquio Loramendi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baldomero Hori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rolando Benino came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Gavilán AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Benino couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximo Valente in the 82nd minute of play forced Comba Fútbol Klub's goalkeeper Eustaquio Loramendi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Benino scored 1-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eustaquio Loramendi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eustaquio Loramendi came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Gavilán AFC's Maximo Valente. But to his dismay, Maximo Valente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.
