Sergio Tello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Gartzen, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Victor Cordeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ermegildo Honesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 played minutes El Ciclon de Barracas got a freekick which was hit by Riemer Dolfing. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Victor Cordeal made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Benigno Herauso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergio Tello skillfully saved the ball. Victor Cordeal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ermegildo Honesto made a huge save. Ermegildo Honesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Cordeal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Guillermo Celio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 played minutes La pampa F.C got a freekick which was hit by Hector Foro. In the 69th match minute, La pampa F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomiro Gartzen to maneuver through the defense. Victor Cordeal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Ermegildo Honesto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victor Cordeal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Tello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeledon Misael in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76thth minute of the game Baldomiro Gartzen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Ciclon de Barracas's Sergio Tello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filomeno Hunfredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Honesto having to interfere. Ermegildo Honesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Cordeal's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. A collision led to El Ciclon de Barracas getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Filomeno Hunfredo hit a great ball.
