Spectators: 6662 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rolando Benino got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Victor Cordeal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Ciclon de Barracas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Cordeal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Cordeal in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Fiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Salomone got free with Sergio Tello in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Victor Cordeal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. El Ciclon de Barracas's Zacarias Mede got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Gavilán AFC's Victor Salomone got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 28thth minute of the game Victor Cordeal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gavilán AFC's Ermegildo Fiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Cordeal in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Fiz saved Gavilán AFC from getting behind. After some careless play in the El Ciclon de Barracas defense, Maximo Valente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Tello. The El Ciclon de Barracas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Tello should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victor Cordeal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Filomeno Hunfredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Maximo Valente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zacarias Mede charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Mede the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zacarias Mede hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Sergio Tello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Benino, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Filomeno Hunfredo kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Victor Cordeal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victor Cordeal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zacarias Mede sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Santio scored 1-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermegildo Fiz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Gavilán AFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Mateo Vasco hit a great ball. Ambrosio Santio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Fiz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Victor Cordeal managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Ciclon de Barracas's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Cordeal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Fiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 92 minutes into the match, El Ciclon de Barracas's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Valente came free, but Sergio Tello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Fiz made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Victor Cordeal sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the El Ciclon de Barracas players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
