Spectators: 6653 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 0) Domingos Erlantz made the kick off and thus started the match. Hermengildo Gutxi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ubaldo Otsando in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Erlantz in the 5th minute of play forced Punua's goalkeeper Saturnino Salvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Rolando Silban was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Punua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Escorpiones FC the free kick. In the 9th minute, Claudio Cristofol sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Punua's Saturnino Salvino didn't even have to move. Punua's Erasmo Mark got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Domingos Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 29 minutes into the match, Escorpiones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Mark came free, but Hermengildo Gutxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Punua's Alejo Federigo to fire away a dangerous shot which Hermengildo Gutxi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Escorpiones FC's zone, Erasmo Mark stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Gutxi came out of the goal and Erasmo Mark tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Otsando got free with Hermengildo Gutxi in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Punua players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Escorpiones FC were winning 0-1.

If Domingos Erlantz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Escorpiones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Mark came free, but Hermengildo Gutxi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Escorpiones FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Abastas. Ubaldo Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Escorpiones FC's Domingos Erlantz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saturnino Salvino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Punua getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Urbano Selatse hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Bembe in the 79th minute of play forced Punua's goalkeeper Saturnino Salvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Bembe succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 85th playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Erlantz in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saturnino Salvino saved Punua from getting behind. In the 96th minute, Erasmo Mark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Escorpiones FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
