Andres Vermudo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 0-1 became the score in the 8th minute when Andres Vermudo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 13 minutes, Eliseo Medina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pastillos AFC and the Fakas FC. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 13 played minutes Pastillos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Medina. Adan Kaiet hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Pastillos AFC's Leonides Ignatius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Ciano in the 20th minute of play. Leonides Ignatius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alberto Ciano went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Leonides Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Ciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Otsando might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Orlondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rigoberto Otsando ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Andres Vermudo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonides Ignatius was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Vermudo in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonides Ignatius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elvio Abad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pastillos AFC's Leonides Ignatius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Pastillos AFC from getting a goal against them. Alberto Ciano struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Leonides Ignatius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fakas FC.. Eliseo Medina hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ildefonso Tabb during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rigoberto Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Rigoberto Otsando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ildefonso Tabb kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Fakas FC. booed when Pastillos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Bartoli didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Leonides Ignatius managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Fakas FC.'s Alberto Ciano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leonides Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Vermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fakas FC. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
