Alberto Ciano scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauro Guillelmo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 38 minutes, Leon Hug managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Calmayo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Hug was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Giraldo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. Calmayo FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Vermudo in the 57th minute of play forced Calmayo FC's goalkeeper Mauro Guillelmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee ignored Calmayo FC's protests and gave Roque Duarte a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, Roque Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Fakas FC. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
