Spectators: 7218 (Terracing: 5415, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) When Evaristo Pere fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marzala's protests and gave Evaristo Pere a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute, Evaristo Pere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 played minutes Cristo Ciano rounded El Facu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After 12th play minutes Cristo Ciano shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Bernardino Chucho and just under the crossbar into goal. Adolfo Urdaspal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Erramun in the 16th minute of play. Bernardino Chucho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justino Malvin in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, El Facu's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Ciano came free, but Bernardino Chucho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Gabrio's late challenge caught a Marzala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Gabrio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Marzala booed when El Facu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Facu's goalkeeper Bernardino Chucho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Justino Malvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Chucho having to interfere. El Facu's Emanuel Chorache got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Erramun to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Marzala's Conrado Ariando made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardino Chucho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 57 played minutes Marzala got a freekick which was hit by Donato Lizar. After recieving a nice pass, El Facu's Filomeno Gonzales tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Isaac Erramun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Adolfo Urdaspal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Marzala's Justino Malvin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardino Chucho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 77 minutes, Justino Malvin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marzala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Malvin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Justino Malvin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristo Ciano struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Bernardino Chucho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marzala. If Justino Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Isaac Erramun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Marzala had won after a very even match.
