Calmayo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristo Ciano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Mauro Guillelmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristo Ciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robustiano Peio during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute Justino Malvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Guillelmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Calmayo FC's Cirilo Bemabe got a free kick in the 15th minute. 0-2 became the score in the 18th minute when Justino Malvin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mauro Guillelmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Malvin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Guillelmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Malvin in the 25th minute of the match. Justino Malvin scored 0-3 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauro Guillelmo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Calmayo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Celso Xacintu was slow to take the kick. During this time Marzala's players had a chance to rest. Adolfo Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Hug in the 36th minute of the match. Justino Malvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Guillelmo having to interfere. Mauro Guillelmo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Leon Hug made the kick off in the second half. Mauro Guillelmo came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Marzala's Justino Malvin. But to his dismay, Justino Malvin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Leon Hug sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justino Malvin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Mauro Guillelmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-5 became the score in the 66th minute when Cristo Ciano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mauro Guillelmo made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Justino Malvin sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 75 minutes, Conrado Ariando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marzala's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Ariando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauro Guillelmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Ciano in the 78th minute of play. Baldomero Giraldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 83 played minutes Marzala got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Pere. When Leon Hug came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Calmayo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leon Hug couldn't finish the play.
