Fausto Perrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Frederico in the 14th minute of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Segundo Xabat who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Remadores FC's Fausto Perrando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Saul Lorenz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Ranchillos AFC's goalkeeper Saul Lorenz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Libertad. After the first half Ranchillos AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 68thth minute of the game Rolando Marin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranchillos AFC's Saul Lorenz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 69 played minutes Remadores FC got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Bikendi. Honorio Txindoki, 70 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ranchillos AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
