The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Pancho’s Dream Team's Antonio Arias got control of the ball when Angelino Libertad tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute Rolando Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pancho’s Dream Team's zone, Angelino Libertad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Arias came out of the goal and Angelino Libertad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 minutes, Romulo Bazkoare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Remadores FC and the Pancho’s Dream Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Remadores FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pancho’s Dream Team:s goal. In the 45th minute, Roberto Bikendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rolando Marin came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Remadores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rolando Marin couldn't finish the play. After the first half Pancho’s Dream Team were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Angelino Libertad got in the 54th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Antonio Arias handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Remadores FC's Fausto Perrando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Remadores FC from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Leopoldo Chepe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fausto Perrando, 0-2. Antonio Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Antonio Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, Remadores FC's Rolando Marin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonio Arias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rolando Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Arias having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Rolando Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Rolando Marin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Angelino Libertad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of Pancho’s Dream Team echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Remadores FC had held the ball for most of the match.
