ROMAN F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Deseada the free kick. Timoteo Luken, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Edgard Peruanton got free in front of the goal in the 83rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Leonel Gaskon was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Venancio Txomin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Peruanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Quentin kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched La Deseada eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
