When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Primitivo Galeno made a kick off. Primitivo Galeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Primitivo Galeno charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Galeno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Desmochado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Galeno to maneuver through the defense. When Higinio Ugutz fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sabinistas FC's protests and gave Higinio Ugutz a yellow card for diving instead. Victorino Gines hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sabinistas FC booed when Desmochado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Gines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Medero's late challenge caught a Desmochado FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
