Fútbol Bidón's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregorio Barbosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Gaskon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonel Gaskon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Henry in the 12th minute of the match. Venancio Txomin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Domingo Guter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venancio Txomin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingo Guter having to make a save. Domingo Guter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Venancio Txomin in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leandro Beltxe in the 19th minute of play forced Fútbol Bidón's goalkeeper Domingo Guter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Beltxe struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Domingo Guter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Deseada. Leonel Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Henry in the 27th minute of play. After 30 minutes, Hernan Gartxot mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Deseada and the Fútbol Bidón players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristo Henry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Gregorio Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Fútbol Bidón booed when La Deseada was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Lop didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Cristo Henry fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Leonel Gaskon, passed just outside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Venancio Txomin in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Guter saved Fútbol Bidón from getting behind. 41 minutes into the game, Leandro Beltxe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Domingo Guter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Beltxe to make the kick off. With a little luck, Fútbol Bidón's Domingo Guter got control of the ball when Venancio Txomin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 57 minutes, Venancio Txomin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Deseada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venancio Txomin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 59th minute, Baldomiro Valente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gregorio Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Leonel Gaskon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fútbol Bidón getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Higinio Ciceron hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Leandro Beltxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Guter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute Cristo Henry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Deseada's Leonel Gaskon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Henry in the 88th minute of play. If Cristo Henry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Deseada walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
