Geronimo Francis came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Sabinistas FC's Guillermo Basajaun. But to his dismay, Guillermo Basajaun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Flavio Lauaxeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Francis having to interfere. Guillermo Basajaun struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Geronimo Francis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sabinistas FC. Sabinistas FC's Genaro Pello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Peruanton in the 21st minute of play. ROMAN F.C.'s Geronimo Francis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save ROMAN F.C. from getting a goal against them. Genaro Pello came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by ROMAN F.C.'s Luisito Seguinus. But to his dismay, Luisito Seguinus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Genaro Pello came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by ROMAN F.C.'s Edgard Peruanton. But to his dismay, Edgard Peruanton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Sabinistas FC's Guillermo Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Sabinistas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ROMAN F.C. were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Lauaxeta made a kick off. Genaro Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute of the match Tiburcio Resto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Geronimo Francis skillfully saved the ball. Flavio Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Geronimo Francis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th match minute, ROMAN F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeo Nisio to maneuver through the defense. Sabinistas FC's Guillermo Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Flavio Lauaxeta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in ROMAN F.C.'s zone, Flavio Lauaxeta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Francis came out of the goal and Flavio Lauaxeta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sabinistas FC's goalkeeper Genaro Pello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flavio Lauaxeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Geronimo Francis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute Guillermo Basajaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Francis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillermo Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Francis having to interfere. ROMAN F.C.'s Geronimo Francis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavio Lauaxeta in the 86th minute of play. When Edgard Peruanton fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ROMAN F.C.'s protests and gave Edgard Peruanton a yellow card for diving instead. Edgard Peruanton kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Although Sabinistas FC had been in control for most of the match, ROMAN F.C. still came away with the win.
