But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvestre Pabla couldn't finish the play. Sebastian Louis struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Ambrosio Osmundo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Michino. 38 minutes into the match, NAZARET's goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Pabla came free, but Ambrosio Osmundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, NAZARET's Remigio Raymond got a free kick in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvestre Pabla in the 41st minute of play forced NAZARET's goalkeeper Ambrosio Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvestre Pabla to make the kick off. Sebastian Louis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ambrosio Osmundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Pabla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, NAZARET's Ambrosio Osmundo got control of the ball when Sebastian Louis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Albino Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Club Atletico Michino getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ruperto Fidencio hit a great ball. Uriel Cedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Sidro in the 67th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Albino Sidro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Silvestre Pabla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 75 played minutes NAZARET got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Abeita. Mauro Luzea hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 91 minutes of play Club Atletico Michino's Venancio Grabiel was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 92 played minutes Club Atletico Michino got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Grabiel. If Edgard Lorenz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
