Guampacha FC's Amadeo Jaunti got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciriaco Onbera made a kick off. Justo Venceslas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Guampacha FC's Uriel Cedro threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ciriaco Onbera, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Carmelo Iban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Michino's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Hechter came free, but Uriel Cedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Carmelo Iban left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guampacha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. When Ciriaco Onbera came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Guampacha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciriaco Onbera couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciriaco Onbera in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uriel Cedro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Iban in the 75th minute of play forced Club Atletico Michino's goalkeeper Uriel Cedro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciriaco Onbera in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uriel Cedro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Ciriaco Onbera put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Uriel Cedro. If Cosme Eutor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Ciriaco Onbera put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Uriel Cedro. Guampacha FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
