Virgilio Dubardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Henry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Izel made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Burzaco's Gilberto Cilio. After 14 played minutes Burzaco got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Peruxu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Henry in the 17th minute of play forced Uspallata's goalkeeper Virgilio Dubardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Uspallata's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Henry came free, but Virgilio Dubardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ubaldo Henry to strike the kick off in the second half. Virgilio Dubardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Peruxu in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Uspallata booed when Burzaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Truylos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Virgilio Dubardo managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Burzaco's Ubaldo Henry fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ubaldo Henry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Virgilio Dubardo made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silverio Duardo during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Burzaco booed when Uspallata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Eduino was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 89 minutes, Bonifacio Iyan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uspallata's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Iyan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Burzaco were furious when Guaberto Truylos was red carded, 96 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Burzaco! In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Uspallata. Dante Cibran stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Wilfredo Eduino. 2-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Burzaco walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
