Spectators: 7097 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 0) Santos Silvanito started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 15 minutes into the match, La Gloria Canalla's goalkeeper Ciriaco Frederico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Harkaitz. After 24 minutes, Desiderio Eskuin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Independiente F.C and the La Gloria Canalla players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute Ulises Guerau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Enzo Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Gloria Canalla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Eli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonides Horado came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by La Gloria Canalla's Ulises Guerau. But to his dismay, Ulises Guerau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 35th minute Ulises Guerau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Gloria Canalla booed when Independiente F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Cloyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 43 minutes into the game, one of La Gloria Canalla:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Teodosio Matro fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Gloria Canalla's protests and gave Teodosio Matro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Teodosio Matro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Independiente F.C got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Eskuin. Carolo Duardo charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carolo Duardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 56th minute, Carolo Duardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Ulises Guerau put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Leonides Horado. In the 66th minute of the match Enzo Tajo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Horado skillfully saved the ball. Santos Silvanito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Ciriaco Frederico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Silvanito in the 71st minute of play forced La Gloria Canalla's goalkeeper Ciriaco Frederico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Desiderio Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Arnoldo Steven was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 76th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Leonides Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Duardo in the 78th minute of the match. Ulises Guerau took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Horado. Leonides Horado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Independiente F.C's zone, Ulises Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonides Horado came out of the goal and Ulises Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Carolo Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Duardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Independiente F.C's Desiderio Eskuin got a free kick in the 95th minute. When Carolo Duardo came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the La Gloria Canalla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Duardo couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded La Gloria Canalla left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Independiente F.C.
