Tomas Cordarrol made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Amancio Txema sent off a good shot on target. After 16 minutes of play, All Blacks's Adolfo Feliz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Cordarrol was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes in the game, Emilio Matai fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tomas Cordarrol having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Christophersen 's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Matai came free, but Tomas Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Cordarrol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adolfo Feliz in the 24th minute. After 30 minutes of play, All Blacks's Valentin Dalmau made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Cordarrol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Cordarrol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Matai, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 42nd match minute, Christophersen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo James to maneuver through the defense. 48 minutes into the match, Christophersen 's goalkeeper Tomas Cordarrol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Dalmau. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Benito Gustaus short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Horacio Iratze to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Dalmau in the 58th minute of play forced Christophersen 's goalkeeper Tomas Cordarrol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Amancio Txema threw the ball into play from the sideline. Christophersen 's Santos Fernanco quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Valentin Dalmau came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the All Blacks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Dalmau couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Christophersen 's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Matai came free, but Tomas Cordarrol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Christophersen 's Benicio Guifre seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benicio Guifre the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Christophersen protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benicio Guifre had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 69th match minute, Christophersen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Guifre to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Elpidio Txema sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tomas Cordarrol skillfully saved the ball. Christophersen 's Tomas Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Matai in the 75th minute of play. Emilio Matai might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Cordarrol. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Matai ran back to his position shaking his head. Sergio Orlandus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Horacio Iratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to All Blacks getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Emilio Matai hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of All Blacks:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Christophersen :s goal. All Blacks were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Christophersen for a fine match.
