But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Magdaleno couldn't finish the play. Mario Ihintza struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Adolfo Senon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medinas. After a rather tough play, Medinas's Ramon Sotero got a free kick in the 78th minute. Bernardo Magdaleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Medinas's Bonifacio Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Magdaleno in the 88th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mariano Ostadar during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Medinas booed when Lusampa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Ostadar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Ihintza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
