Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ciro Liher kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Medinas's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Liher came free, but Bonifacio Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Ofelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bonifacio Lano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Ofelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Ciro Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bonifacio Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Liher in the 14th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Medinas got a freekick which was hit by Severo Orti. LOS INTELECTUALES's Francisco Cordeiro suffered a sore knee after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Severo Orti fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Medinas's protests and gave Severo Orti a yellow card for diving instead. Severo Orti kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Eliseo Mannuel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bonifacio Lano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Vinicio Eron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Nesor having to interfere. When Emanuel Ofelio came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the LOS INTELECTUALES fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Ofelio couldn't finish the play. When Jeronimo Ordono fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOS INTELECTUALES's protests and gave Jeronimo Ordono a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd match minute, LOS INTELECTUALES was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Ordono to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Eron in the 34th minute of play forced LOS INTELECTUALES's goalkeeper Oscar Nesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Ihintza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oscar Nesor having to make a save. After having played for 47 minutes, Vinicio Eron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Eron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 52 minutes, Vinicio Eron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Medinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Eron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vinicio Eron struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Oscar Nesor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medinas. Erubiel Lleir charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erubiel Lleir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erubiel Lleir hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Emanuel Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS INTELECTUALES's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Ofelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Mannuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Medinas getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gervasio Sergi hit a great ball. A hard shot by Bernardo Telmo from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Bonifacio Lano's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Medinas's Bonifacio Lano got control of the ball when Emanuel Ofelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in LOS INTELECTUALES's zone, Vinicio Eron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Nesor came out of the goal and Vinicio Eron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mario Ihintza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Oscar Nesor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Vinicio Eron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS INTELECTUALES's Oscar Nesor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciro Liher hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in LOS INTELECTUALES's zone, Vinicio Eron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Nesor came out of the goal and Vinicio Eron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Nesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Eron in the 94th minute of play. Oscar Nesor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Eron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Medinas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LOS INTELECTUALES for a fine match.
