Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amancio Cresitobalo started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Mangoré booed when Viamonte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Celino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 4 played minutes, Mangoré's Paulo Viator shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anibal Tonio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mangoré reached it. If Jesus Salvadore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Moises Hechter in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Tonio saved Viamonte from getting behind. 14 minutes into the game, Conrado Tavio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viamonte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mangoré the free kick. Conrado Tavio kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Moises Hechter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Tonio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Vicente Cristofor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Humberto Montez fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viamonte's protests and gave Humberto Montez a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Viamonte fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Mangoré a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paulo Viator, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Viamonte's Anibal Tonio. 0-2. Anibal Tonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Hechter in the 40th minute of the match. Amancio Cresitobalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Oier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amancio Cresitobalo's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. 48 minutes into the match, Viamonte's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Salvadore came free, but Anibal Tonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Hechter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, Mangoré's Jesus Salvadore sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anibal Tonio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Vicente Cristofor made a precise shot to the right of Siro Oier. Mangoré's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Anibal Tonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Hechter, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Hechter in the 68th minute of play forced Viamonte's goalkeeper Anibal Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jesus Salvadore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Anibal Tonio made a huge save. Mangoré's Siro Oier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Cresitobalo in the 71st minute of play. Delmar Argoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Amancio Cresitobalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Oier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Tonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Hechter, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Delmar Argoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Viamonte defense, Delmar Argoitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Tonio. The Viamonte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Tonio should have stopped the shot. When Salvador Buinton fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mangoré's protests and gave Salvador Buinton a yellow card for diving instead. Salvador Buinton hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Vicente Cristofor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Oier having to interfere. Siro Oier came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Viamonte's Vicente Cristofor. But to his dismay, Vicente Cristofor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. 92 minutes into the match, Mangoré's goal looked a bit too open when Vicente Cristofor came free, but Siro Oier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Siro Oier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrado Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mangoré's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
