After having played for 26 minutes, Jorge Seme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FIAT FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Seme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute, Victor Fernado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zacarias Atauri in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Aznaro saved FIAT FC from getting behind. Conrado Maura's late challenge caught a CLUB S. D. GARAY's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Maura helped the player get up and apologised. Conrado Maura hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, CLUB S. D. GARAY's Zacarias Atauri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Aznaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FIAT FC's Emanuel Mateus got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zacarias Atauri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The CLUB S. D. GARAY players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FIAT FC were winning 0-1.

CLUB S. D. GARAY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FIAT FC the free kick. A collision led to CLUB S. D. GARAY getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. When Adan Oihan fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FIAT FC's protests and gave Adan Oihan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, FIAT FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adan Oihan to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Emanuel Mateus managed to get in a good position for a shot.
