In the 10th minute, Christophersen AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Moises Lehen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Eliseo Indar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Christophersen AFC's Matias Selmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Resto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Lehen in the 24th minute of play forced Christophersen AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Indar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Enrique Pirmin firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fabio Resto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Alejo Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fabio Resto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Resto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Selmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Christophersen AFC's zone, Moises Lehen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enrique Pirmin came out of the goal and Moises Lehen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matias Selmo made a kick off. Matias Selmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Twister FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Arnaldo Llorienzo hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Eliseo Indar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Christophersen AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Elias Rufo hit a great ball. In the 70th minute of the match Twister FC got a corner. Christophersen AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Javier Abajas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Javier Abajas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Christophersen AFC's Enrique Pirmin did a great save. Enrique Pirmin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Lehen's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. When Elias Rufo fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Christophersen AFC's protests and gave Elias Rufo a yellow card for diving instead. Elias Rufo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Twister FC's Moises Lehen got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Eliseo Indar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Twister FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 87 played minutes Christophersen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Rufo. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Moises Lehen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Twister FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Lehen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enrique Pirmin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christophersen AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
