After having played for 5 minutes, Bernardino Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosario Central's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Joanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Bernardino Joanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafino Faro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Cordaryal having to interfere. Leonardo Cordaryal came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosario Central's Serafino Faro. But to his dismay, Serafino Faro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Delmar Montel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Eduardo Txindoki made a huge save. Flavio Firmo's late challenge caught a Tetero FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Firmo helped the player get up and apologised. Flavio Firmo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The Tetero FC fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Tetero FC's Martin Gimenez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Serafino Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Cordaryal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Lucas Eleder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario Central's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tetero FC the free kick. In the 38th minute, Lucas Eleder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardino Joanes made a kick off. Delmar Montel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Montel in the 58th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Eduardo Txindoki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Gimenez came free, but Eduardo Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Martin Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Bernardino Joanes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Joanes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Cordaryal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Serafino Faro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delmar Montel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosario Central's Eduardo Txindoki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Montel in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Tetero FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Segundo Chap hit a great ball. If Delmar Montel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosario Central were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Tetero FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eloy Hug took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Artemio Ramos managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The Tetero FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
