Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5529, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Niceto Regis took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for gilguero! Ve FC's attack was well implemented in the 9th minute, but when Niceto Regis was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. In the 10th minute, Clemente Oalo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niceto Regis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Chorache having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Otsoko in the 18th minute of play forced gilguero's goalkeeper Froilan Chorache to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Regis in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Chorache saved gilguero from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cirilo Rencio during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, Cirilo Rencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, gilguero's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Bittor came free, but Froilan Chorache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the gilguero defense, Maximo Bittor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Chorache. The gilguero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Chorache should have stopped the shot. Jorge Ostadar might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Froilan Chorache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jorge Ostadar ran back to his position shaking his head. Niceto Regis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Froilan Chorache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Otsoko got free with Froilan Chorache in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Ve FC's Froilan Chorache threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Niceto Regis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 48th minute, Emanuel Rodas made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Faro. Ve FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Ezkerra was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Ve FC's Arnaldo Uzuri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Froilan Chorache narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonathan Ugaitz's late challenge caught a gilguero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Ugaitz helped the player get up and apologised. 60 minutes into the match, gilguero's Cipriano Patxi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pastor Faro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Honorio Otsoko scored 4-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Froilan Chorache, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in gilguero's zone, Niceto Regis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Froilan Chorache came out of the goal and Niceto Regis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Bittor might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Froilan Chorache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximo Bittor ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the match, gilguero's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Otsoko came free, but Froilan Chorache reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niceto Regis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the game, Ve FC's Maximo Bittor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froilan Chorache made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Bittor in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Froilan Chorache saved gilguero from getting behind. Arnaldo Uzuri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind gilguero's goalkeeper Froilan Chorache, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Fausto Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Maximo Bittor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Maximo Bittor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Froilan Chorache was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Maximo Bittor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Chorache having to interfere.
