An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Fidensio in the 12th minute of play forced THIBAS FC's goalkeeper Santo Xabat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Lázaro Eyague had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Balesio struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Santo Xabat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachiyuyo. Reynaldo Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eliseo Fidensio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Xabat having to interfere. With his leg Santo Xabat managed to avoid a goal in the 33rdth minute, when Cachiyuyo's Artemio Balesio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eliseo Fidensio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Xabat having to interfere. Samuel Burni struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Melquiades Ebardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THIBAS FC. 38 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Burni came free, but Melquiades Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Burni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Melquiades Ebardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

In the 54th match minute, THIBAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Galoer to maneuver through the defense. Nicanor Goiz, 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Santo Xabat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Fidensio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Artemio Balesio scored 2-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santo Xabat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Samuel Burni hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 played minutes, Cachiyuyo's Nicanor Goiz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Santo Xabat came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cachiyuyo reached it. When Cachiyuyo's Eliseo Fidensio in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee showed Nicasio Galoer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes THIBAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicasio Galoer. In the 88th minute, Eliseo Fidensio made a precise shot to the right of Santo Xabat. THIBAS FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 95th minute Nicasio Galoer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Ebardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
