Spectators: 7219 (Terracing: 5525, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 1) Rosendo Sanchez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Ve FC defense, Paulino Mannie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Faro. The Ve FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Faro should have stopped the shot. After 11 played minutes Ve FC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Regis. Pastor Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Mannie in the 12th minute of play. Ve FC's Honorio Otsoko got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Regis in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Madeo saved Necochea AFC from getting behind. In the 19thth minute of the game Niceto Regis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Necochea AFC's Melquiades Madeo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute Maximo Bittor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Madeo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Necochea AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Aldo Duarte hit a great ball. Honorio Otsoko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Melquiades Madeo made a huge save. In the 39th minute, Maximo Bittor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melquiades Madeo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Bittor in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Necochea AFC's zone, Arnaldo Uzuri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Madeo came out of the goal and Arnaldo Uzuri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Maximo Bittor made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Madeo. Necochea AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Necochea AFC's Gaspar Aballe got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Niceto Regis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Necochea AFC's Melquiades Madeo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Melquiades Madeo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Bittor in the 64th minute of play. Honorio Otsoko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maximo Bittor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Madeo having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Maximo Bittor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maximo Bittor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 77 minutes, Leopoldo Pelagius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ve FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Pelagius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ve FC's Alonzo Honrio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Clodoveo Cheche in the 80 minute of the game. When Jorge Ostadar fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ve FC's protests and gave Jorge Ostadar a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Niceto Regis put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Melquiades Madeo. Melquiades Madeo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Necochea AFC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Mario Basajaun hit a great ball. If Niceto Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Maximo Bittor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ve FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Bittor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ve FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
