The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Esteve Unai hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Nicanor Leizarraga made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by THIBAS FC's Hermengildo Lartaun. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Esteve Unai made the kick off in the second half. Esteve Unai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Santo Xabat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tündra's Dobromir Bendyk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Tündra from getting a goal against them. After 62 minutes Tündra's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hermengildo Lartaun who took care of the corner kick. The corner led THIBAS FC's Hermengildo Lartaun to fire away a dangerous shot which Dobromir Bendyk despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Esteve Unai fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tündra's protests and gave Esteve Unai a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tündra getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Esteve Unai hit a great ball. Florencio Maraman hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Igor Damario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nicasio Galoer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amancio Modestio hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
