Spectators: 7222 (Terracing: 5527, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Herminio Etxahun got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Martillo Hammer United's goalkeeper Arturo Turi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Otsoko. Pastor Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baltasar George in the 5th minute of play. Teobaldo Iago kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Niceto Regis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Ostadar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute of the match, Honorio Otsoko got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arturo Turi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Martillo Hammer United's Efrain Gabon got a free kick in the 25th minute. Arturo Turi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Regis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Rigoberto Lobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Gabon scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pastor Faro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Otsoko got free with Arturo Turi in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Baltasar George ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Faro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Martillo Hammer United's Prudencio Evangelista was substituted for Generoso Frasquito. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Niceto Regis made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Honorio Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Turi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57thth minute of the game Honorio Otsoko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Martillo Hammer United's Arturo Turi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pastor Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Efrain Gabon in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Regis in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Turi saved Martillo Hammer United from getting behind. Arturo Turi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Ostadar went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Jorge Ostadar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Turi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Ostadar in the 82nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Ve FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Martillo Hammer United:s goal. In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Martillo Hammer United. Baltasar George stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pastor Faro. 1-3. Pastor Faro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar George, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Ve FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
