Spectators: 6662 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicasio Galoer kicked off to start the match. Nicasio Galoer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Madeo having to interfere. Nicasio Galoer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Melquiades Madeo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 played minutes THIBAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Ortzi. If Samuel Burni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Necochea AFC's Rosendo Sanchez ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santo Xabat. Santo Xabat yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 29th minute Rosendo Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Xabat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, THIBAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Sanchez came free, but Santo Xabat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. THIBAS FC's Santo Xabat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save THIBAS FC from getting a goal against them. If Rosendo Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, THIBAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Burni to maneuver through the defense. If Paulino Mannie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Sanchez to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Necochea AFC's zone, Flavio Ortzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Madeo came out of the goal and Flavio Ortzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santo Xabat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Mannie, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The Necochea AFC fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Necochea AFC's Rosendo Sanchez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 67 minutes into the match, THIBAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Mannie came free, but Santo Xabat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Burni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Melquiades Madeo made a huge save. Necochea AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Astor Bernaldo in the 74th minute. A nice corner shot did that Astor Bernaldo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santo Xabat quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mario Frichoso during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mario Frichoso kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Paulino Mannie scored 3-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santo Xabat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 85th minute, Nicasio Galoer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flavio Ortzi in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Madeo saved Necochea AFC from getting behind. Cecilio Patxi's late challenge caught a THIBAS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Patxi helped the player get up and apologised. Cecilio Patxi hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
