The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maximino Refugio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herminio Matteo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Comunicaciones's Silvano Txartiko got a free kick in the 5th minute. Herminio Matteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Refugio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Siro Raymon made a precise shot to the right of Luciano Ramirez. Bradbury FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Siro Raymon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luciano Ramirez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Ferrer in the 27th minute of the match. If Siro Raymon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Ferrer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Siro Raymon came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Club Comunicaciones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Raymon couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Raymon in the 35th minute of play forced Bradbury FC's goalkeeper Luciano Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luciano Ramirez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Raymon, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Luis Umbruso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herminio Matteo having to interfere. Bradbury FC's Maximino Refugio got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Ferrer might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Ramirez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andres Ferrer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute, Isaias Milian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Club Comunicaciones were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Bernabe Pasqual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Siro Raymon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Luciano Ramirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximino Refugio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Vincente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Herminio Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herminio Matteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Vincente in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Damian Vincente notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Club Comunicaciones's Herminio Matteo. Herminio Matteo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Siro Raymon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Ramirez having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Maximino Hondo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Club Comunicaciones's Herminio Matteo. Herminio Matteo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bradbury FC's Luciano Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siro Raymon in the 80th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Siro Raymon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Club Comunicaciones getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Silvano Txartiko hit a great ball. In the 98th minute Maximino Refugio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herminio Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
