After 12 played minutes Club Comunicaciones got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Txartiko. Herminio Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarias Che in the 16th minute of the match. Zacarias Che received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Herminio Matteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zacarias Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacarias Che sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Zacarias Che came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Fc Extrem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Che couldn't finish the play. When Zacarias Che fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Extrem's protests and gave Zacarias Che a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fc Extrem's Zacarias Che got a free kick in the 41st minute. After 42 played minutes Fc Extrem got a freekick which was hit by Severo Gorosti. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 52nd minute of the match Venancio Venceslao shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herminio Matteo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Mendez got free with Herminio Matteo in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ceferino Bernal's late challenge caught a Fc Extrem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ceferino Bernal helped the player get up and apologised. Ceferino Bernal kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zacarias Che in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herminio Matteo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Club Comunicaciones's zone, Serafin Emeterio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Matteo came out of the goal and Serafin Emeterio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 played minutes Club Comunicaciones got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Txartiko. Club Comunicaciones's Ceferino Bernal got his second yellow card of the match in the 66th minute. The referee ordered Ceferino Bernal off the ground. The supporters of Fc Extrem booed when Club Comunicaciones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Zacarias Che managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Extrem's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Che was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Matteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 72nd minute, Primitivo Mendez made a precise shot to the right of Herminio Matteo. Club Comunicaciones's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Club Comunicaciones's zone, Primitivo Mendez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Matteo came out of the goal and Primitivo Mendez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Che in the 86th minute of play forced Club Comunicaciones's goalkeeper Herminio Matteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Mendez struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Herminio Matteo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Extrem.
