In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paisanos's goalkeeper Gogo Saturnin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Indartsu in the 17th minute of play forced Paisanos's goalkeeper Gogo Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Florencio Indartsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marayes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Norberto Fonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Paisanos booed when Marayes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Sugoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Indartsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gogo Saturnin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauro Abadia struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Benicio Bixintxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paisanos. When Florencio Indartsu came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Marayes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Indartsu couldn't finish the play. If Florencio Indartsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Indartsu charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florencio Indartsu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Marayes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Indartsu to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Marayes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvio Patrido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Norberto Fonso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 58 minutes into the match, Norberto Fonso notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Paisanos's Gogo Saturnin. Gogo Saturnin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 63 minutes, Florencio Indartsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marayes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Indartsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Norberto Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Marayes booed when Paisanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Patrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norberto Fonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 88 minutes, Florencio Indartsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marayes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Indartsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Marayes's Norberto Fonso got a free kick in the 94th minute. Benicio Bixintxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Patrido, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the match was over Marayes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paisanos throughout the match.
