In the 13th minute Rafael Atarratze shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Quentin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tatengue FC's Leon Ler got a free kick in the 16th minute. Rafael Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cirilo Umbruso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramon Etxahun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. La Gacela FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cirilo Umbruso 25 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Rafael Atarratze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Gacela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Atarratze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ceferino Quinto during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ceferino Quinto kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirilo Umbruso in the 38th minute of play forced La Gacela FC's goalkeeper Ramon Etxahun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Atarratze to make the kick off. Jesus Osoro's late challenge caught a La Gacela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jesus Osoro helped the player get up and apologised. Silverio Kimetz charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silverio Kimetz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tatengue FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Ceferino Quinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Estebe kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. If Cirilo Umbruso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
