Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Chumo to make the kick off. Silverio Osasun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Simon Muc made a huge save. Mariano Hotz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 1-2 became the score in the 55th minute when Rafael Chumo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, C. Jan Borchersen came out of the goal and Carmelo Santio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Rogelio Cilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. SanMartinSJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Cilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Muc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 94 played minutes C. Gnral Villa Mitre got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Pepillo. After having played for 96 minutes, Silverio Osasun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SanMartinSJ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silverio Osasun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SanMartinSJ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
