The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, La Comarca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Lehoi came free, but Blas Quinten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. La Comarca FC's Blas Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Mikelar in the 9th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augusto Mikelar in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Blas Quinten saved La Comarca FC from getting behind. Daniel Lluterio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Domingo Fe in the 18th minute. Blas Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Mikelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Santos Lehoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Carrisito FC's Emilio Elixio got a free kick in the 31st minute. Daniel Lluterio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Odol's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Carrisito FC booed when La Comarca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blas Quinten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Mikelar in the 37th minute of play. Juan Odol hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. If Augusto Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Juan Odol made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Juan Odol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Comarca FC and the Carrisito FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 53rd minute, Juan Odol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Fe in the 59th minute of play. Santos Lehoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Quinten having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, La Comarca FC's goalkeeper Blas Quinten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Mikelar. La Comarca FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Augusto Mikelar scored to the left of an out of position Blas Quinten, making the score, 0-2. With a little luck, La Comarca FC's Blas Quinten got control of the ball when Augusto Mikelar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carrisito FC's Daniel Lluterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Odol in the 78th minute of play. Daniel Lluterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Odol, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Horacio Miliano came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Carrisito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Miliano couldn't finish the play. Augusto Mikelar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded Carrisito FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La Comarca FC.
