In the 3rd minute, Benicio Orlo made a precise shot to the right of Gualterio Cordarrel. Almafuerte AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Benicio Orlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Max Power's Bernardo Cayo in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Anier Argina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Laurendi in the 9th minute of the match. Gualterio Cordarrel was a little too slow when Bernardo Cayo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 10th minute. The score was now 2-0. Almafuerte AFC's Gualterio Cordarrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Cayo in the 15th minute of play. Anier Argina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roque Laurendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roque Laurendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Quinten was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Max Power's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almafuerte AFC the free kick. Jeronimo Quinten hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 20th minute, Roque Laurendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Milian during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anier Argina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Fresco, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Bernardo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Cayo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gualterio Cordarrel saved Almafuerte AFC from getting behind. Bernardo Cayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualterio Cordarrel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Almafuerte AFC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Marcial Henric hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Estefan in the 35th minute of play forced Max Power's goalkeeper Anier Argina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Almafuerte AFC's zone, Benicio Orlo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gualterio Cordarrel came out of the goal and Benicio Orlo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bernardo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gualterio Cordarrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Cayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernardo Cayo to strike the kick off in the second half. Max Power were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Almafuerte AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lorenzo Bero took the corner. In the 55th minute, Benicio Orlo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gualterio Cordarrel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Cayo in the 61st minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Almafuerte AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Estefan to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Lorenzo Bero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gualterio Cordarrel skillfully saved the ball. In the 72nd minute, Almafuerte AFC's Simon Fresco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anier Argina. Anier Argina yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Almafuerte AFC's Simon Fresco got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gualterio Cordarrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benicio Orlo's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Benicio Orlo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gualterio Cordarrel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Simon Fresco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Anier Argina made a huge save. Marcial Henric hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Lorenzo Bero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gualterio Cordarrel. Almafuerte AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Roque Laurendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Anier Argina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Max Power had won after a very even match.
