If Bernardo Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Fiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Cayo in the 12th minute of play. After 13 played minutes Blaquier FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Aznaro. Bernardo Cayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Max Power booed when Blaquier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Lauaxeta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute of the match Jeremias Efraim shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Victorino Fiz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 25th minute, Max Power's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Evaristo Piearres fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Victor Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Blaquier FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Rosario couldn't finish the play. Anier Argina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Piearres in the 32nd minute of play. Victor Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Anier Argina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Evaristo Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rene Hori took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anier Argina. Max Power's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jeronimo Quinten kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bernardo Cayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Max Power's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Cayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Fiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Cayo made a kick off. Bernardo Cayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Blaquier FC's Victorino Fiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Blaquier FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Bernardo Cayo took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Victorino Fiz to make any attempt to save it. 61 minutes into the match, Blaquier FC's goalkeeper Victorino Fiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benicio Orlo. After 71 minutes, Anacleto Lauaxeta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blaquier FC and the Max Power players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Blaquier FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Anacleto Lauaxeta hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Victor Rosario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the game, Basilio Flor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blaquier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Max Power the free kick. After a rather tough play, Blaquier FC's Basilio Flor got a free kick in the 78th minute. With his leg Victorino Fiz managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when Max Power's Benicio Orlo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victorino Fiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 88 minutes, Victor Rosario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blaquier FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Rosario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anier Argina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anacleto Lauaxeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Victorino Fiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Cayo in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Max Power eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
