Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Blaquier FC's Evaristo Piearres started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Evaristo Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in SanMartinSJ's zone, Victor Rosario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan Borchersen came out of the goal and Victor Rosario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Blaquier FC's Julio Bras got a free kick in the 7th minute. Victorino Fiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silverio Osasun went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 18 played minutes Blaquier FC got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Flor. The audience was convinced that Rafael Chumo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victorino Fiz was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Victor Rosario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Basilio Flor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blaquier FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SanMartinSJ the free kick. After 33 played minutes, SanMartinSJ's Victoriano Emenon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Victorino Fiz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SanMartinSJ reached it. Anacleto Lauaxeta kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. SanMartinSJ's Rafael Chumo got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 40 minutes, Rafael Chumo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SanMartinSJ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Chumo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Silverio Osasun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Silverio Osasun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Blaquier FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SanMartinSJ were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Chumo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Rafael Chumo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silverio Osasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Victorino Fiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SanMartinSJ's Silverio Osasun got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SanMartinSJ's Jan Borchersen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Rosario in the 71st minute of play. Silverio Osasun took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorino Fiz. Victorino Fiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Rafael Chumo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Silverio Osasun managed to get in a good position for a shot. SanMartinSJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Silverio Osasun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Fiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Evaristo Piearres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blaquier FC's Victorino Fiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Blaquier FC from getting a goal against them. Victorino Fiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Primeiro in the 96th minute of the match. SanMartinSJ's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
